![]() This equated to more than 20,000 hours visiting and reviewing numerous types and sizes of business.ĭuring this time, I advised customers of issues which arose as a result of assessing and analyzing systems and processes with a view to helping them understand why they may have been experiencing difficulties. ![]() My previous role was dependent on an ability to quickly and effectively determine how a company operated both financially and administratively with minimal impact on their day-to-day operation. My big “why” for starting the company is to pass on experience and knowledge to help businesses out there who in many circumstances have difficulties growing and improving and may benefit from an impartial view of their operations. I decided around the time of Ellie’s arrival to completely change my job and the industry in which I worked (because a new-born wasn’t enough of a challenge!) and spent 12 years in the banking sector working as an auditor. I then spent the best part of 19 years in the oil industry, involved in various roles including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting and forecasting, contract compliance, audit, contractual analysis and vessel management to name but a few! I left school at 16 and went to study at college and after getting my qualification joined the workforce at 17 through the YTS in the oil industry. When I’m not spending time with my family, my other real passion is hillwalking and the outdoors. We moved from Aberdeen to Bervie 11 years ago and love the village and its sense of community. Visit to learn more.Hi, my name is Brian and I live with my wife Sharon and daughter Ellie in Inverbervie. Mishkhah creates worship that is multisensory with and for churches, seminaries and individuals nationally. ![]() The video below was created at Saint John's Cathedral, Denver CO, and is an example of what RUAH will look, sound, and feel like. RUAH is inspired by the partnership of Mishkhah and the Ancient Spanish monastery. RUAH, which means "spirit" or "breath" in Hebrew, invites all people, no matter your faith background, or no faith background at all, to breathe in God's living Spirit, and to rest in the beauty and wonder of the spoken word and the real presence of Christ among us with a backdrop of sound, light, shadow, and form. We will cross centuries and continents as we worship together in the liturgy the roots of which are in the earliest Christian community that was gathered after Jesus was raised from the dead. Classical hymns and prayers are arranged with modern and ancient instrumentation, rhythms, and sounds. RUAH will engage the musical community in Miami and surrounding areas by bringing in guest musicians for each season who play instruments from around the world. We call this reality "sacramental." RUAH brings forth the richness of the mysteries of the Christian faith, practiced through the centuries by monks, nuns, mystics, saints, and ordinary people. RUAH is grounded in the Anglican tradition, a centuries-old liturgy that reveals the presence of God in our midst. RUAH is a weekly worship service on Wednesday nights from 7:30 to 8:30pm at the Ancient Spanish Monastery in North Miami Beach, located at 16711 West Dixie Highway.
